Deluge monoprints In 2002 on a visit to Dawlish Warren in South Devon, the heavens opened and a downpour of an amazing force hit me as I walked the beach with my sketchbook in hand. I often draw as I am walking, and these prints came directly from the feelings of walking the beach in the wind and rain in a deluge of storm force proportions. It was beautiful, dramatic and I could see how the sand dunes are being washed away by the sea at this beautiful spot.
